Shipping policy


All orders are despatched with FedEx Economy service, transit time 7-12 working days.

$60 - for all orders under $100

$40 - for all orders between $100 and $155

FREE delivery on all orders $155

*Please note: Due to COVID, couriers currently offer contactless delivery, which does not require a signature. Transit times may be affected.

Delivery Terms

Your order will be shipped DDP which means that there will be no duty or tax for you to pay upon import.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you submitted at checkout. Once the order is processed the delivery address cannot be amended.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

What if Iā€™m not home?

To guarantee delivery we recommend someone is at home on the day you select for delivery.  The carrier will notify you via SMS or email of the expected delivery date.

When no one is available to accept your delivery a card will be left letting you know that your courier tried to deliver it.  On the card will be instructions on the other options available, including redelivering at a different time and date, redelivering to a neighbour/leave safe, and collecting from your local collection point.

Damaged products

Whilst we try very hard to deliver our item to you in perfect condition, in the event that it does arrive damaged we will replace it for you, free of charge.
